Thousands of aspiring singers are lining up Friday at Reliant Park in Houston -- the final stop in Idol’s cross-country search for talent.
Reporter Ruben Dominguez of Fox station KRIV-TV is covering the auditions.
The new season of American Idol premieres on Sunday, January 22, 2012, right after the NFC Championship game.
Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler, and Jennifer Lopez are all returning as judges, with Ryan Seacrest once again hosting America’s biggest talent competition.
