Heavy D's "Cause Of Death" REVEALED: Blood Cloth!

A pulmonary embolism, a blockage of one or more arteries in the lungs, is most often caused by blood clots that travel to one one place from other body parts....in Heavy D's case it was from his legs. And deep leg vein thrombosis is often associated with long plane flights (the clot forms due to prolonged immobility.)
Officials from the L.A. County Coroner's Office also reveal that Heavy suffered from heart disease and it could have been a contributing factor in his death.
