Jason Derulo fractures his neck while practicing a dance routine for his concert. Derulo fell directly on his head during the rehearsal for his world tour. He suffered an acute fracture to his vertebrae.

Doctors have ordered him to wear a neck brace for the next few months causing him to cancel his tour.

Jason Derulo’s tour is in support of his sophomore album “Future History.” The record arrived back in September, and features the singles “It Girl” and “Don’t Wanna Go Home.”
