Nicki Minaj Performs “Roman Holiday” At The 2012 Grammy Awards!

Nicki Minaj performed a new song “Roman Holiday” at the 54th Grammy Awards Show. It was a little theatrical to say the least. So Let me know what you think of her performance.
Being Introduced by pal Drake as "intelligent" and "driven," Minaj started her oddball performance in a confessional booth, where she sang lines from 'I Feel Pretty' and thoroughly freaked out her priest. Nicki then let a pre-taped video segment advance the story, such that it was, and when next we saw her, she was strapped down, as if possessed by the devil.
That's when things got weird. She spoke in tongues, levitated and danced with monks. At one point, the whole gang sang bits of 'O Come, All Ye Faithful.'
Nicki also tweeted:

We're sure that someone from the Catholic League or a similar group will issue an angry denouncement of the performance, but we almost feel like it was so over the top that it's hard to take seriously at all.

Nicki Minaj that was crap i can't believe that there are people out there that thinks that is music.

ReplyDeleteI thought Nicki Minaji was absolutely horrible. Her act ruined the entire show, not that it was that good anyway. Adele has a beautiful voice but winning everything is kinda ridiculous.

ReplyDeleteNicki is being herself...but most of you guys think shes copying or going down...if you havent noticed she isnt NORMAL no shes not gonna make her songs normal just to fit the audience or to fit a croud. shes just being her no matter what..and quite frankly im tired of going to videos and seeing two bad comments about her.

Is THat Any Different than a Movie ei; Excorcist, A Speilberg movie ~ She put on a performance based on a character plays & Ah Damn Good Performance too me!! Iiiiiii GET IT NIKKIV~ I GET YOU..
