Elle magazine threw a celebratory party for the industry's top women last night. Neither Patti Smith or Debbie Harry could make it, but that's okay because we have two fifths of the Pussycat Dolls, Ellie Goulding, Jessie J and 'hair stylist to the stars' Ken Paves. The Former X Factor USA judge Nicole, looked stunning in a dark blue minidress, but kept it sexy, revealing some skin - and almost her derriere - in the backless number.
The ladies were also joined by Melody Thornton, who exposed way to much in a see-through dress, that put her breasts on show.
