R&B Singer Monica celebrated the release of her latest disc New Life, where she made an appearance on BET's "106 & Park" yesterday. The singer also talked about the album and more below....



New Life was released yesterday and have been on a whirlwind press tour which included a stop by "106 & Park." The "It All Belongs To Me" singer talked about the album, to the status of her joint tour with Brandy and her marriage/kids. And when asked about the title of the album she said,

“We all as humans sometimes are fearful of what’s ahead. So ‘New Life’ is just saying embrace the new things that can come into your atmosphere. It can be great for you. So as I embrace new love, new music, new people, new things… It’s just been an amazing experience. So I named it ‘New Life’ just as a representation of that.”
