Rihanna was recently named "Women of The Year" by Italian Vogue Magazine, to now covering August 2012 issue of HARPER'S BAZAAR magazine. Check out Rih in a donning series of designer white gowns and suits, Plus files a lawsuit against former accountants along with attending her gran gran's wake with family in Brooklyn below..............

In the pic above, Rihanna rocked a cutaway Calvin Klein Collection dress and Neil Lane jewelry.

The vulnerable rock star who just lost her gran gran to cancer reveals that she's rebellious, scared of falling in love again, and wants her ass back. Check out the highlights:

On her rebellious behavior:

"I'm rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair. I have been conservative in my love life… it's pretty much nonexistent. If I come across someone who I find really cool, I'll hang out. But the minute I find that we’re getting too close I just—I don't let people in."
On Chris Brown's "Birthday Cake" remix:
"The fans could have said, 'We don’t want anything to do with it." I understood that people had every right to be concerned about it. But I didn't see it that way because I'm in a different place."
On being fearful of love again:
"When I was in love, I fell so hard. I was really, really, really in love. The way it made me feel was priceless. And in a blink of an eye my whole life changed. Everything that I knew was different. I never thought I'd feel that pain in my life. I'm afraid of feeling that again."
On her new extra slim body:
"I don't know if there's something going on with my body right now, but I’m eating everything in life!" she laughs. "I miss my ass. It just went away! I need a butt. I have an idea of one, but it's not living up to its full potential right now."

Plus, Rihanna‘s fan-site reports the name of Sky Living’s brand new fashion show starring Rihanna, Henry Holland, Nicola Roberts and stylist Lysa Cooper is Styled To Rock.

Stylist Lysa Cooper completes line-up on the new fashion show. Sky Living proudly confirms the final co-host who will complete the trio of mentors in Styled To Rock, the ambitious and much-anticipated new fashion series, executive-produced by style icon Rihanna.

With the panel of mentors personally hand-picked by Rihanna herself, Lysa Cooper has styled some of the superstar’s most striking and most talked about outfits and has worked closely with her for numerous years.

Lysa joins fashion designer Henry Holland and Girls Aloud’s Nicola Roberts, who created her own Dainty Doll make-up range, to co-host Styled To Rock, the new fashion project premiering this Summer exclusively on Sky Living.

Styled To Rock will celebrate the extraordinary talent and creativity in the British fashion scene, and search for the next generation of raw, undiscovered fashion designers. Over ten weeks twelve unknown designers personally selected by Rihanna, will be challenged by the mentors to create outfits for a string of A-list music artists to wear for a variety of occasions, including stage, shoots, high-profile events and more.

The show will ultimately recognise the increasing influence popstars have on mainstream fashion trends and provide an enviable springboard for the aspiring designer’s future fashion career.

Sky customers will be able to enjoy the series exclusively on Sky Living HD later this summer. It will also be available on the move and on demand with Sky Go.

BONUS:

The pop star filed a lawsuit this week in Manhattan federal court against her former accountants, accusing them of mis-managing her money over a five year period.

In the lawsuit, Rih and her tour company, Tourihanna, single out the accountancy firm Berdon LLP and former employees Michael Mitnick and Peter Gounis.

The petition accuses the firm and the accountants of costing her millions between 2005 and 2010. It claims the firm failed to properly reconcile costs and revenues but still pocketed millions in commissions from her 2010 “Last Girl On Earth" Tour.

Rih says Berdon also failed to monitor her unpaid song royalties of her chart-topping hits and mishandled her foreign and domestic taxes. The firm has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

Also Rihanna was spotted heading to her GranGran wake in Brooklyn, NYC (Photo above). She accompanied family to a local funeral home ahead of her late grandmother Clara Brathwait 's funeral in New York City. But later seen leaving to TGIF Fridays see pics below:
