Toni Braxton is being sued for $57,000 in STOLEN ADVERTISING for her hit reality TV show "Braxton Family Values" in a new lawsuit.

According to TMZ, A company called National Promotions & Advertising filed the suit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming it entered into an agreement last year with the producers of Braxton's WEtv reality show including Braxton herself, to promote the show's second Season. More details below..............

In the filed lawsuit, NPA agreed to post 4,300 "BFV" posters around the country in exchange for $57,322.29 in which they never received.

NPA claims it completed its end of the bargain in November just days before the premiere of the show's second season but Braxton and her production team failed to make their end.

NPA says it's been trying to get paid ever since and now, it's suing for outstanding check plus damages.

A rep for Toni tells tmz, the singer is not involved in marketing budgets or payables for the series, and says such decisions are handled by WEtv.

The show is basically a hit on Wetv so this shouldn't be a problem to pay off, I think?

  1. You guys do realize that this lawsuit is stupid, right? Production and marketing are always separate. You can't sue a producer for something that the promotions department is responsible for. This is a lawsuit for WeTV, not Toni Braxton.
