Chad Johnson CHARGED With Battery For Headbutting Evelyn Lozada, Expected To Do Some Jail Time!

Former Miami Dolphin baller Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson has been officially charge with battery for headbutting his soon to be ex-wife Evelyn Lozada, where he refuses to ink the divorce.
Earlier today, Chad was charged with misdemeanor battery by the State Attorney for Broward County, Florida for attacking his wife of 41 days on August 11th over a condom receipt along with her threatening to leave him.
According to TMZ, Chad might serve a year in prison if he gets the maximum penalty.
Ev is saying that their marriage is "irretrievably broken" and still wants to go through with the divorce, but Chad is currently refusing to sign off.
