Usher FILES MOTION To Stop Tameka Raymond's Request For Re-Trial!

R&B singer Usher Raymond has filed a motion to block his ex/wife Tameka Foster from re-opening their child custody trial, in which she lost to the singer a few weeks ago.
Tameka who requested a re-trial, might have to fight a little bit harder because Usher is doing everything he can to keep his boys. More details below............
According to TMZ,
"Usher has filed a motion in hopes to stop Tameka's bid to get a new trial in their child support case.
Tameka claims that since Usher's lawyer previously gave campaign contributions to the judge in their case, and his ruling was biased. So she wants another trial with a different judge.
According to the docs, Usher claims that her motion was "an assault on the integrity of the court." He argues that it would be time-consuming for every judicial case to be reversed simply because of campaign contributions.
He added that the motion "constitutes a continuum of [Tameka's] vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her ... is biased and tainted."
It's about to get messy!
