Frank Ocean PENS Another OPEN LETTER & Seem To Have A New Boo?!

Frank Ocean seems to very open when he writes his personal letter's in which he tends share with fans on his Tumblr page. 

 Now, the R&B crooner has penned another letter, but this time he talks about his new found love, wanting to write a novel, being famous, hating the taste of Oreo's with almond milk, working with Jay-Z and Pharrell on new projects, and more.
