British singer / X-factor superstar Leona Lewis recently sat down with the DailyStar, during the interview she admitted that Rihanna's "We Found Love" hit song was actually her creation, because she had recorded it first with Calvin Harris.

And despite her recorded version being tossed in the trash, Lewis had this to say:

"I worked with Calvin and we recorded "We Found Love. But he went touring with Rihanna and she ended up releasing the song.

I didn't commit to it because I wanted 'Trouble' to be my first single, so I think that was another reason they went with Rihanna. It was the same version and production, but mine's better."

However the hit song has been number one in 25 countries and is one of the biggest sellers of all time, with 6.5 million copies sold. And spending three weeks at the top in the UK last year.

She then added: 

"I have the recording but I'd never leak it. That's so unprofessional. 

There are so many songs I've recorded, only to hear other people singing them. It happens all the time. 

It was a bit annoying to see how big a hit it was around the world but if I'd released it maybe it wouldn't have done as well."

Also, the "Bleeding Love" singer is said to be dating One Direction singer Liam Payne but refused to comment on it. Plus, her third album "Grassheart" hit stores today, and she's slated to perform at this month's Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards.
