Despite Thanksgiving being a day of peace and thanks. Halle Berry's baby daddy Gabriel Aubry got his face beat up pretty badly instead.
According to reports, Gabriel and Halle's current boo Oliver Martinez got into a huge fight outside her Los Angeles home, where Gabriel was later arrested with a swollen and bruised up face. And later taken to the hospital for a broken rib and serious face contusions-- including one NASTY swollen shiner.
Now, on Friday, Gabriel was photographed a day after his violent showdown with Oliver in L.A. Check out the pics below:
However, Oliver also messed up his hand and neck. Along with a judge issuing an emergency protective order against Gabriel, requiring him to stay 100 yards away from halle, Oliver and his daughter Nahla.

BONUS:
Recently, Halle filed papers in a LA courthouse to grant her permission to move with her daughter to France, but after a judge read over the docs, she was later forbidden to leave country.
