"Real Housewives of Atlanta" newbie Kenya Moore might be facing a lawsuit from Bravo for pulling a stunt with her crazy storyline about being in love with Walter Jackson to secure a spot on the show, which goes against Bravo's contract, and lying about buying her house in Atlanta.

According to reports, Kenya stirred up the drama between her and Walter by telling friends that he was gay for not wanting to marry her, after wrapping up season 5 of the show.

And because the former Miss USA didn't come clean before the show aired, and Walter going public-- she might not be returning for season 6.

And with day two off Lil Kim's "12 days of Christmas" gifts for fans, the rapstress just told her fans on Twitter that she is back on with her beau Mr. Papers just days after announcing their split. 

Here's what she had to say:
