According to neurologist Dr. Rustico Jimenez, Pacquiao is showing the preliminary signs of Parkinson's Disease. After Pacquiao's intense knockout from Juan Manuel Marquez, Jimenez reported concerns for the 34-year-old welterweight.
“Even though his reflexes are quick, I noticed the movement – it’s just another view, my personal view – but it seems like there are early signs,” Dr. Jimenez says.
If the neurologist is correct then Pacquiao is in grave danger of developing this degenerative brain disorder, which happens to afflict Freddie Roach.
