A new music video starring a nine-year-old rapper by the rather eccentric name Lil Poopy has recently outraged the public due to the graphic nature of the video starring the fourth-grade rapper. The young star was first discovered by Bad Boy rapper French Montana, the founder of Cocaine City Records, which explains why the Lil Poopy calls himself a "cocaine cowboy".
The music video (below) showcasing Lil Poopy rapping as he slaps butts of women in spandex and flashes wads of cash while showing off his "Coke Boys" T-shirt has roused the attention of the Department of Children and Families in Lil Poopy's (real name Luie Rivera Jr.) hometown of Brockton, Massachusetts.
