So no matter what Chris Brown tries to do to get over that crazy night in 2009, the past comes right back to hunt him, as the next episode of "Law and Order SUV" will be about Chris and Rihanna's infamous fight.

According to producers, the new episode is described as:

"A promising singer is brutally attacked by her boyfriend, a popular entertainment star. ADA Barba (guest Raul Esparza) works to build a case, but the victim refuses to aid the prosecution, and despite Detective Detective Benson's (played by Mariska Hargitay) best efforts continues to put herself in danger.

Where the case quickly spirals into a media frenzy  perpetrated by both the defendant and his uncompromising attorney (guest star Jeffrey Tambor)... with special appearances by Perez Hilton, Dave Navarro and Wendy Williams."
