Vh1's "Hollywood Exes" reality star Andrea Kelly has snagged a spot in this month's Kontrol Magazine April 2013 "Better Issue," where talks about her bubbly personality, being a mother and a business woman, consistent dreamer and giving fans the 101 on dating in Hollywood.

The reality star also says she relies on her faith in God, her love for her children and friends to help make this journey of life worthwhile.

Here's what she had to say about reading the "Playbook" before dating someone in Hollywood:

“My number one rule of advice I live by, is read the playbook so you don’t get played. You’d better know what you’re getting into. Know at the end of the day, this world is fickle. At the drop of a dime, they will pull back endorsements. 

Let a scandal come out, things will disappear on you before you can even say the word, so you’d better have a foundation for yourself. Know who you are going into it, have your dreams, your hopes and your aspirations in line. Have your businesses already started, so at the end of the day, should it go left on you, you’re alright.”

And with season one under her belt and currently filming season two, R. kelly's ex-wife tells the mag she is by no means timid in what she wants and how she’s going to get it.
