OUTTA CONTROL! Amanda Bynes Claims NYPD Sexually Harassed Her + Puts Rihanna On Blast OVER Chris Brown Abuse!..Rihanna Responds!

We recently reported that last Thursday night, troubled actress Amanda Bynes was arrested in her New York City apartment and charged with marijuana possession.
Now, Bynes, who was released from jail Friday morning after seeing a judge, claims she was sexually harassed by one of the arresting officers saying, "He slapped my vagina."
According to NYPD chief spokesman Paul Browne, "Internal Affairs have began an investigation, as it would with any such allegation, regardless of its credibility."
Bynes also complained to a judge on Friday that the officers entered her apartment illegally, but made no mention of the alleged sexual assault.
And to make things worst, the actress is now attacking 25 year-old pop star Rihanna on Twitter blasting her about the 2009 infamous fight between Rih and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

Obviously, Bynes need some therapy and FAST!
