25 year-old Rihanna is debuting a fresh new look following her second crazy split from R&B singer Chris Brown, as she spotted downtown New York City with a short bleach blonde hair-do.
I guess, after seeing Breezy partying with ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran in Hollywood, the singer is spicing things up to show her former boo what he's missing.... AGAIN! Anyhow, are you loving the new look?
