Rihanna SENDS Chris Brown A Message, Says "Where Were You When I Needed You" + Chris COVERS Blank Magazine's August 2013 Issue!

Just a day after confirming he's newly single, Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend Rihanna decided to send her former boo thang a message via Instagram.

 The 25 year-old 'Stay' singer just posted a message to her account aiming it at her ex-lover. Check out the message below:

The new cover (shot by photographer duo Gomillion and Leupold; and styled by Ugo Mozie) features Brown in a Dolce & Gabana tuxedo, and a Rolex watch.
