Miguel ARRESTED For DUI By California Highway Police!

The 27 year-old, who was driving a 2013 BMW X6, was reportedly stopped by police for speeding and tinted windows on a L.A freeway around 2:15 AM. During the stop, officers noticed the singer reeked of booze...and performed various field sobriety tests, which he horribly failed.
Miguel also took a breathalyzer and blew a .10 and .11 ..which is over the .08 legal limit in CA. He was then arrested for DUI and taken to a nearby station where he was booked... and released a few hours later on a $5000 bail.
The 5'7" Beautiful singer is scheduled to appear in court in September.
