It's pretty obvious that Chris Brown's neighbors want to cause him enough trouble for him to move, but this is just ridiculous!
According to TMZ, just this weekend Breezy's neighbors called the police on him at 3am in the morning simply because he was talking too loud...
Law enforcement officials spoke to Chris about the noise and according to reports he was very cooperative and he immediately told his crew to go inside the house.
