Lil Wayne's "Dedication 5" mixtape is creating a lot of buzz since it's release!

The 30-year-old YMCMB rapper took shots at Brooklyn rapstress Lil Kim's jacked up plastic surgery on his new single "Pure Colombia", which is featured on the new mixtape.

Weezy raps:

"Changed the face of my Rolez, Shout out to Lil' Kim."

The dissed surely didn't go unnoticed, as she then replied via Twitter:

But that's not all! Lil Kim's protege Tiffany Foxx, who was at Kim's Gay Pride event in Atlanta this past weekend, joined in the Weezy bash-- insinuating the rapper is Gay:

Lil Kim then retweeted Foxx's tweet-- obviously co-signing everything she said about Tunechi:
