Yesterday, reports went viral about season 5's "Basketball Wives: Miami" reunion show being cancelled after reality star Evelyn Lozada pulled out due to negativity.
According to TMZ, the show was supposed to tape earlier this month -- but sources close to the VH1 hit show says that Evelyn bailed, forcing producers to pull the plug on the entire thing.
The source also added, "Evelyn grew tired of talking about her split from ex-husband Chad Johnson, which she knew the break-up would be the biggest topic on the reunion show, so she refused to participate."
The site reports the taping will not be rescheduled and producers felt the girls didn't have enough material for the hour-long episode sans Ev.

Now, Evelyn is explaining why she refused to tape the reunion show during a sit down with LoveBscott. Here's what she had to say:

"I just feel it’s a little unfair for all parties involved including family to keep reliving the incident. B. Scott, I don’t want to keep beating a dead horse! I just want to move on with my life & i’m sure he does too. This happened over a year ago… so old news."Wow! Also, Evelyn and her rival castmate Tami Roman won't be returning for season 6 of the show, and as therefore decided to venture out by doing their own separate reality TV shows.
