According to the NY Daily News, even though Chris is back on the streets, he will continue to receive treatment for his anger management issues:

“Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient,” Geragos said in a statement to The News. “He appreciates all of your encouragement and support.” 

Brown voluntarily checked into an unidentified rehab facility Oct. 29 to seek help for his anger issues after an alleged street scuffle in Washington that landed him in jail.

As previously reported, Brown was arrested last month for brutally punching a 20-year-old Maryland man in-front of the W hotel in Washington D.C., after hosting Howard University's homecoming at a popular nightclub.

The community service on the other hand is some unfinished business he has stemming from his Rihanna beating probation.

I personally think its great he's seeking help and hope he can get the help he needs for his anger issues.  After all we all deserve a second chance.
