Neighbors REJOICING After Chris Brown Moves To Malibu Following Rehab!

Just two weeks after checking himself into a rehab facility in Malibu due to assaulting a man in D.C and being discharged on Thursday, R&B singer Chris Brown has grown so fond of the gated community that he's decided to cop himself on a new bachelor pad in the upscale area.
The "Fine China" singer, who has been feuding with his neighbors over his decision to cover the front of his home with graffiti, has decided to move out of the Hollywood Hills pad for an exclusive community home.
TMZ is reporting that the singer has already made an on offer on the new home, which is surrounded by several high profile celebrities.
An insider close to the young entertainer tells us; "Chris is trying is best to turn over a new leaf, and being surrounded by negative people would only bring bad energy. The neighbors are happy to see him [go] and he's happy to be out!"
As first EXCLUSIVELY reported, Karrueche Tran and Chris are back together and the duo confirmed their relationship by sharing an Instagram photo of them Kissing -- a day before Chris entered rehab.
