VH1's "Black Ink Crew" reality star couple Ceaser and Dutchess were both going "neck to neck" at each other on Twitter last night. And it seems like they were just sloring for some hype due to the show's low ratings?

A long story short....Ceez was pissed off at Dutchess for going through his cell phone (like who wants a dead beat dad and a turtle looking mofo -- just kidding) and hinted at a possible split.
