There is a place and time for everything, and the fact that comedian Joan Rivers recently took jabs at KimYe's adorable baby girl, North West, is just beyond tacky.

During a stand-up show at The Saban Theater in L.A last Friday, the "Fashion Police" star said; "That baby is ugly... I've never seen a six-month-old so desperately in need of a waxing." Joan explained that Kim and North had been in the E! office recently, and since they both work for the same network, she had the chance to personally see the baby.

Even though she was able to garner some laughs, folks are now blasting Joan for taking blows at the toddler via social media. The jab also comes in light after people accused the reality star diva of waxing her baby's eyebrows following a photo she shared of the infant... something Kardashian denied.

“Do people really think I would wax my daughters eyebrows so young? Come on, I’d wait until she’s at least 2 1/2 I’m kidding!!! She added, "Its pretty sick for people to insinuate that I would wax my daughters eyebrows. They are thick, natural and amazing!”"
