Just a day after his DUI arrest in Miami, Justin Bieber broke his silence by addressing his Belieber fans who were concerned about his well-being and the on-going deportation petition.

He tweeted on Thursday:

"YOU ARE ALL WORTHY NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS," the "Heartbreaker" singer wrote. 

Bieber then alluded to a Bible verse: "BE STRONG GOD IS WITH US ALL. MY BELIEBERS CHANGED MY LIFE, I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL."

As previously reported, the 19-year-old pop superstar was arrested in the wee hours of Thursday morning for driving under the influence, cussing out a police officer while resisting arrest and operating a vehicle on a suspended driver's license.
Justin and rapper Khalil Amir Sharieff was also charged for closing off a residential street to host their drag racing.

Hours after his arrest, Justin made appeared in-front of a judge wearing an orange jumpsuit, where his bond was set at $2,500. The teen sensation was later photographed on the roof of his car -- leaving the police station -- waving at the crowd gathered outside.

Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, also broke his silence Friday (Jan. 24), sending a direct tweet at the Canadian talent:

"@justinbieber love you and I will act in the manner of someone who truly cares," he wrote. "That is all I have to say. Thanks for all those concerned."

"Been a long day," Braun continued. "Bottom line is we are defined by how we handle adversity. Be there when it counts. Love fully in good times and bad."

There were however two petitions created; one begging Homeland Security to deport the young teen and the other, blasting government officials for mistreating immigrants.

As for the POSITIVE petition (created Thursday night on MoveOn.org by Presente.org) urges ICE, Homeland Security and local police departments to treat all immigrants like Justin Bieber saying:

“The treatment of Justin Bieber has proven that an immigrant can make mistakes and not be slapped with outrageously steep fines by the justice system, or be detained and deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

Presente initially started the petition on MoveOn to bring attention to the out-of-control policy of deportations by homeland security and the thousands of immigrants that are deported and harassed by local police departments each day.
