Despite TMZ snitching on the starlets surprise masquerade ball for their mom's 60th birthday and cops being called for crowd control, a bleach blonde Beyonce, sister Solange Knowles, Jay Z and Blue Ivy were all spotted arriving at the French quarter's ritzy restaurant in Muriel's Jackson Square last night.

It was a star studded event with celebrity guests like Jennifer Hudson, Shannon Brown and his singer wife Monica, Kelly Rowland, Kris Jenner and more -- all came out to celebrate with Tina turning the big 60.

Tina and her actor beau, Richard Lawson both showed up to the event wearing masks, and was hand in hand as he escorted her inside to the epic masquerade event (that cost a whopping $100,000).
