Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Says Goodbye To L.A Mansion; Puts Pricey Bel Air Home On The Market!

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are saying goodbye to their Bel Air mansion by listing the 11,750 square-foot home on the market earlier this month.
The 43-year-old 'You're Mine' singer reportedly convinced her 33-year-old husband to list the home for a whopping $12.99 million, which is double what they paid for it.
The home boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a home theater, a double-height basketball court, fitness room, music room, and a putting green.
There is however no word or sightings of the couple searching for another L.A property, but sources are saying this will probably slow down Cannon from travelling so much for work and be at home in New York City a lot more than usual.
And with Mariah knowing her hubby is always on the go and out in L.A doing gigs, this might be one way of fixing Cannon's absence!
Despite owning a three-floor apartment in NYC, Mariah and Nick also hold the deeds to a home in the Bahamas.
