Mariah Carey Host Pre-Valentine Weddings At Empire State Building + Throws Shade At Nicki Minaj [PHOTOS]

Despite the stormy weather, Mariah Carey hosted her first Pre-Valentine Wedding at the Empire State Building's 20th Annual Valentine's Day Wedding Event on Thursday evening.


Carey braved the snowstorm that's taking a turn for the worst in our concrete city (NYC) and rocked a full white fitted dress that featured fur and long white gloves.



The soul singer was there to watch over three couples (who won a contest to wed inside the building) and also "flipped the switch" during the lightening ceremony.


Later in the night, Carey changed into a red dress that showed off her curves to perform her new single, "You're Mine, (Eternal)" which will be the Anthem for couples everywhere on Friday.

Earlier this week, the 43-year-old diva stopped by Power 105.1's Breakfast Club to promote the new track. But the interview took a quick turn -- with Mariah throwing shade at Nicki Minaj.

 When asked about her time on American Idol, she said, "I was a professional on that show, and that's all I have to say." She added, "I was a complete professional."

 One host chimed in: ‘Nicki was late though,’ which led Mariah to deliver the cutting comment: ‘Who?’ ‘I don't even remember who that was. That was a moment in my life that I'm just going to press delete.’

 The shade though!
