It looks like Ms. Mona Scott Young wasn't the creative mind behind VH1's hit reality series franchise, "Love & Hip Hop," and was slapped with a multi-million dollar lawsuit on Monday (March 10).

According to a 114 page court document filed in New York and obtained by Tattle Tailzz, 8th Wonder Entertainment, Nicki Lum-Davis and Tris Lum claims Scott and the producers associated with "Love & Hip Hop" stole their ideas and went ahead and published their work without them knowing.

Here's an excerpt from the court doc:

Another page from the doc reads:

Nicki, Tris and W.E are being represented by attorney James Bryant, who revealed that his clients is suing Scott, MTV Networks, Olde, NPCP, Ackerman and Viacom for $50 million in damages (copyright infringement, breach of contract and breach of confidence).

This lawsuit is documented as the largest copyright infringement case in Reality TV history.
