EXCLUSIVE: Mimi Faust RESPONDS To Sex Tape Scandal; "If You Don't Pay My Bills...Shut The F*** Up"

After shocking her "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" co-stars and fans with her much talked about sex tape with boyfriend Nikko Smith, reality star Mimi Faust has a few words for haters who criticized her decision to release the tape.

Staying numb for several months about the tape since it made headlines last year, Faust took to Instagram last night to respond to the backlash she has received over the past week about selling the tape to Vivid Entertainment without thinking about the impact it will have on her daughter Eva, whom she co-parents with boyfriend Stevie J.

In an attempt to defend her decision about why she decided to sell her soul to devil in order to make her boyfriend more popular, Mimi says "if you don't pay my bills," then basically, "shhh" about it. She even told the HollywoodLife that she was thinking about herself and her family and doing it because "I want to." "Ain’t no shame in this game here," Mimi said.

An insider exclusively told GWL Mag (via GWL Tips) that the decision wasn't solely Mimi's to make as her boyfriend Nikko manipulated her into creating the tape and helped with the release date.... two weeks before the season three premiere of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta"... as a publicity stunt.

Former "Love & Hip Hop" star K. Michelle also responded to the rival tape:
"[I] was mortified but at the end of the day, it’s Mimi who has to live with herself. Sometimes though, there are things more important than money. But more power to her."
And to prove it. Un-bothered by the criticism, Nikko and Mimi was spotted partying it up in Atlanta on Tuesday night, a day after the tape's super trailer was released.

After viewing a part of the trailer, the "Mimi & Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta" star Nikko shared a passionate message via Twitter: "Music, Sex, Fitness." We have to agree that music, sex, and fitness is a great way to sum up Mimi and Nikko’s relationship.

Vivid's head honcho Steven Hirsch also said that he was approached by the couple's team -- asking him to release the tape.
"I wasn’t familiar with Mimi and Nikko Smith or Love and Hip Hop Atlanta," Steven said. "After doing some research, I realized just how big both the show and the tape could be. It was a struggle to ultimately get the deal done but we did. And this tape will be huge. Massive!"
Hirsch adds, "Early indications are that this will be a huge blockbuster. Sky’s the limit."

If you think the buzz surrounding Mimi and Nikko's tape has died down, well think again. The full video is slated to release on April 21st and will be their storyline on the new season, along with Stevie J threatening to take sole custody of his daughter, Eva.
