A few weeks ago, rumors swirled that "Basketball Wives: LA" star Draya Michele had called it quits with the VH1 franchise after she decided to film the show's reunion special with her fellow cast mates.

Now, a new report claims that the reality TV star and businesswoman is currently filming a pilot for her very own VH1 spin-off with boyfriend Orlando Scandrick after a gossip blogger received an exclusive tip at Draya's first annual Women's Empowerment Brunch held at Xen Lounge in Los Angeles on Sunday (May 4th).

Guess what? Inside sources say the VH1 cameras were also rolling during the event and all attendees were required to sign nondisclosure forms.

As for rumors of "BBWLA" being cancelled went viral last week, Draya cleared up those rumors via Twitter by saying:

“Just spoke to @VH1 and the rumors about canceling #BBWLA are 100% false,” she tweeted. 

“You know I know.” “And trust you haven’t seen the last of Draya…I’m just getting started.” “Big. Huge. Plans. For. Draya at @VH1!!!” she hinted about her upcoming spin off. “Just know whatever my plans are @VH1 has my back!” she added.
