The 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards Cypher did little to settle the question, "Who is the best rapper?" Artists like Drake, Kendrick Lamar and Jay Z all walked away with multiple awards. So my question is, does the amount of awards count more than it does to know who's on top of their rap game?
