A bench warrant for the arrest of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi was ordered by a judge on Thursday.


Rossi and her ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglouhave been locked in a nasty legal battle and when she failed to make a court appearance on Thursday, a judge issued the warrant for her arrest and set her bail at $2,500, according to court documents.


The judge gave Gretchen a break, and continued the warrant until September 15, meaning she has until that date to appear in court, and she will not be arrested.
