Nicki released her new music video "Stupid H*e" just 11 days ago and its already being banned on BET, because the popular music network is REFUSING to air it. Tmz spoke with a rep for BET who wouldn't specify exactly why the network has banned the video but simply saying BET will not be broadcasting it.
