Gabriel Aubry has been accused of multiple incidents of child neglect and endangerment. And one of the accusers is his own 3-year-old daughter Nahla. According to TMZ, The L.A. Department of Children and Family Services conducted numerous interviews with people familiar with the relationship between Gabriel, Halle Berry and Nahla. Also DCFS now has numerous incidents that have raised concerns about Gabriel’s ability to properly parent his child.
Halle Berry’s nanny was denied a restraining order against Halle’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, reports TMZ. The nanny is claiming that Gabriel pushed in a door while she was holding his daughter Nahla. The nanny, Alliance Kamdem claimed she feared retaliation by Aubry, but the judge called her petition “insufficient and speculative.”
Halle Berry has just arrived at court, where she'll ask a judge for an order prohibiting her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, from having ANY contact with 3-year-old Nahla until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved. As TMZ reported, the LAPD is conducting a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation after Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny with Nahla in her arms. And before the alleged pushing, the nanny says Gabriel screamed at her and hurled a racial epithet. In addition, the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is also conducting a child endangerment investigation.
