Jay-Z and Kanye West (The Throne) premiered the Spike Jonze directed “Otis” music video on MTV tonight. On location in L.A., Jay and Ye spits bars in front of the American flag with fireworks in the background. The two turned a maybach into stunt car and goes on a joy ride with what looks like catholic school girls in the back.
