Actress Lindsay Lohan kept New Yorkers on their toes last week; throwing glasses, stalling fashion shows and getting kicked out of parties.
It seems like Lohan's time could be put to better use, especially since she has hardly made a dent in the 480 hours of community service she's required to complete in connection with her no contest plea agreement in her misdemeanor theft case.
