Sharon Stone has been ordered by a Los Angeles jury to pay $232,000 to a man who claimed he fell on the Basic Instinct star's property.
Peter Krause (not the actor) asserted that he dropped more than 15ft into a ravine while doing on Stone's estate and suffered major injuries.
The injury ultimately determined that Stone was negligent becasue her fence wasn't up to code and strong enough to prevent fall.
Krause says that in 2008, while he was installing outdoor wiring on her property, he fell down a "large concealed drop-off" onto a fence that then gave way, sending him tumbling into a neighbour's property. Krause says he has been unable to work since the accident. :( .
