Lindsay Lohan said she's been "up to par" in showing up on time to her DUI classes Wednesday, less than 24 hours after our exclusive report that the district attorney would be seeking "significant jail time" if she is shown to be in violation of her probation.

Photographers caught up with the talented-yet-troubled star of films such as Mean Girls, Freaky Friday and The Parent Trap outside of the Glendale, California office of the court-ordered recovery program she attended during the day.
"So I'm just leaving Right On Programs which is good, because I have been on time, and I have been agreeing to be here and everything like that, I've been up to par so, all those haters that are saying it’s not true, it [is] actually -- I have about five left," she said.


Lohan said she'd be spending the rest of her Cinco de Mayo helping out a friend.
"I'm going right now to get all of the 6126 collection for my friend's new place that he's opening," she said. "We're actually dressing all the staff and the waitresses, which is really exciting. I'm supporting a friend, so off to work -- work, work, work, work, work!"

Lohan, 23, will be back in court May 20.
