Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has had her share of run-ins with the law, and those around her blame her on-again-off-again boyfriendKieffer Delp.Delp, 21, was cited on July 22, 2011 for allegedly trying to “conceal” two steaks at theFood Lion supermarket in Oak Island, North Carolina.
He refused to sign the citation that was issued to him.
A source close to MTV star Jenelle feels deeply worried when she is around him and why?.
"Kieffer is a bad influence on Jenelle," the source says. "She didn't get in trouble before she met him and if she's getting in trouble again it is because she is hanging out with him."
Delp is expected to appear in court on September 12 for the citation.
