The Academy Award winning actress has certainly accomplished more in her 39 years than most people do in a lifetime. Gwneth is celebrating her special day today, which happens to kick-off the final year of her thirties, in a very special photo feature.
Breaking into the spotlight in the early 1990s snagging roles in movies such as Hook and Malice, the daughter of Hollywood directorBruce Paltrow and celebrated actress Blythe Danner, became a household name when she starred alongside Brad Pitt in Se7en, and started dating the Hollywood hunk simultaneously.
But it was her starring role in 1998’sShakespeare in Love that scored the actress critical acclaim, winning the top honors at the Golden Globes, Academy Awards and Screen Actors Guild Award for her stellar performance.
She went on to dazzle in movies such as The Talented Mr. Ripley, The Royal Tenenbaums and Iron Man before expanding her career to encompass her vocal talents by recording singles such as Cruisin, Bette Davis Eyesand Country Strong, which all scored slots on the Billboard charts.
After dating Ben Affleck for a few years, the blonde beauty finally ended up with the man who would become the father of her children, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. Shortly after the death of her beloved father, Paltrow married the Grammy Award winning singer and the two started their family together.
Most recently, Gwyneth made a few appearances on the hit FOX television show Glee, even winning a PrimetimeEmmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series.
