Mariah Carey was spotted hitting her workout plan with her sexy trainer yesterday in Tribeca.
The power-walking diva, who gave birth to her & Nick Cannon's twins Morocco and Monroe in April, is anxious to get her body back in shape.
She said that the pregancy took her through a lot of changes.
'My body went through so much - you have to keep those twins in as long as possible, but it's a sacrifice you make for them.'
