Avocados from Mexico will then judge those 10 recipes and select a winner for the Most Creative recipe. Celebrity Chef Roberto Santibanez will select the Best recipe winner. The Most Popular recipe will be chosen by votes who “like”Avocados from Mexico on Facebook.

Ingredients

4 ripe avocadoes
20 cherry tomatoes, minced
1 red onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 chili pepper, minced (stems and seeds removed)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (coriander), chopped
1 lime (just the juice)
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
