Word on the street is that Kim Kardashian's new romance with Kanye West is nothing but a "publicity stunt."
The reality star fuelled rumours she is not dating the rapper, even when they were spotted enjoying several dates around NYC last week. Despite Kanye declaring his "love" for Kim on new track 'Theraflu,' sources say that they are actually using the attention to improve their careers.
"Whether or not they are in a real relationship, it’s a publicity stunt to sell records on his part and more importantly for her, to divert people from talking about her divorce," an insider toldHollywoodLife.com.
"If anyone deserves each other, it’s these two. They both love publicity and material things." According to the source, Kim's momager Kris Jenner is the force behind the sudden romance and is tipping off the paparazzi.
"I’m convinced they are the ones who have been tipping off the paparazzi to take their photos everywhere they go so that they can get the publicity," the insider says.
"Someone who is calling the paparazzi can’t be as desperate about her divorce as she says she is. It’s so calculated and of course, Kim’s mother, Kris, is all behind it. Look at all the great PR they are getting. I must say they they make a perfect couple. They both love the limelight and can’t get enough attention."
