Justin Bieber Assault Case 'Going To Prosecutors', Facing Six Months In Jail!

Justin Bieber’s infamous attack on a paparazzo over the weekend not only made headlines, but it has now been revealed that the case will be referred to the L.A County D.A. for possible criminal prosecution. More details below...........
Cops have apparently decided to refer the case to prosecutors, even though the investigation is far from complete.
They have requested to interview Bieber, but the 'Boyfriend' singer is currently abroad on a promotional jaunt in Norway.
The Canadian pop star became a suspect for allegedly committing a criminal battery against a paparazzo in Calabasas on Sunday afternoon, whilst outside a mall. The man involved in the scuffle then called 911 after the incident, but by the time the police arrived, the singer and his girlfriend Selena Gomez had left the scene.
The pap was taken to a nearby hospital, later filing a police report, naming Bieber as the culprit.
If the 18-year-old is convicted of the misdemeanor, he faces six months in jail.
